Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior Salesforce Product Manager to shape and deliver the product roadmap and backlog, defining epics and features, and coordinating with Salesforce COE, Digital teams, and Segment partners. You will mentor Product Owners and may lead multiple delivery teams to drive Run, Maintain, and Grow initiatives.

The role emphasizes alignment with business strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and strong communication across non-technical roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree; minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Product Development, Product Owner, or Product Manager role.
Minimum 3 years’ management experience.
PSPO III or CSP-PO and PAL1 or CAL1 preferred.
Strong experience with Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and/or financial services.
Experience aligning and developing AI alongside Salesforce or other systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coach, develop, and mentor team members; establish goals and performance expectations.
Lead by example and drive continuous improvement and value delivery across teams.
Report on progress against OKRs and investment levels across responsibilities.
Translate Product Vision and align stakeholders to Run/Maintain/Grow initiatives.
Own, define, and maintain Product Roadmaps, Backlogs, and Enhancements.
