Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Manager to own and refine the product roadmap, backlog, and feature definitions for Run, Maintain, and Grow initiatives. You will partner with the Salesforce COE, Digital teams and Segment partners to align with OKRs and investment targets.

You will coach and mentor multiple product teams, drive MVP and UAT coordination, and ensure accurate data across delivery tools while translating the product vision into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in product development or product management.
• Minimum 3 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and mentor team members and set goals/expectations.
• Lead culture of continuous improvement and value delivery.
• Report OKRs and investment performance across areas of responsibility.
• Support and translate product vision and align stakeholders.
• Own and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs and enhancements.
• Define timelines and priorities for roadmap delivery.
• Define epics and features and map cross impacts.
• Drive MVP/Increment definition and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
• Organize feature definition sessions and workshops.
• Maintain data in delivery tools and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure teams understand business needs and provide context.
• Mentor peers, Product Owners, and Product Managers.
• May perform Product Owner roles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
