Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Manager to develop and support the Product Roadmap, backlog, Epics/Features, and prioritization for Run, Maintain, and Grow initiatives within Regional Banking. The role partners with Salesforce COE, Digital teams, and Segment partners to monitor OKRs and investment levels.

Leads multiple Product Owner teams and may perform Product Owner duties as needed, driving cross-functional delivery and value realization across the product

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Product Development, Product Owner, or Product Manager role.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience.

• Define Epics and Features and map cross-impacts.

• Maintain Epics, Features, and approvals with accurate data.
• Ensure teams understand business needs and provide context.
• Share best practices and innovative thinking across teams.
• Ensure data accuracy across delivery tools.
• Coach and mentor peers, Product Owners, and Product Managers.
• May perform Product Owner roles as needed.
