Huntington Bank is seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Manager to lead the roadmap, backlog, and feature sequencing for Run, Maintain, and Grow initiatives within the Regional Banking Business. You will collaborate with the Salesforce COE, Digital teams, and Segment partners to ensure alignment with OKRs and investment targets.

The role requires mentoring Product Owners, driving value delivery, and coordinating Epics/Features mapping to roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 10+ years in a Product Development/PM role desired.
• 3+ years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain Product Roadmaps and Backlogs.
• Define Epics/Features mapping to initiatives.
• Coordinate MMP/MVP/UA testing with stakeholders.
• Mentor Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Salesforce COE and Digital teams.
