Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to own Salesforce backlogs, gather requirements, and drive process improvements across the Salesforce and ArrowSphere ecosystems. You will collaborate with leaders to automate workflows, validate releases, and ensure adoption of platform capabilities.
Must have strong Salesforce administration experience and a track record in product ownership, agile methodologies, and cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership and agile processes.
- Experience with Salesforce administration and platform enhancements.
- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and validate with UAT.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and translate requirements into epics and user stories.
- Facilitate sprint events and stakeholder reviews to drive alignment and delivery.
- Support integrations between Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, and ERP systems.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and post-deployment support.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, scalability, and business objectives.
