Lead UAT, design end-to-end business processes, and manage deployments across Salesforce and adjacent systems while ensuring governance, data integrity, and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product ownership and business process management initiatives.
• Strong Salesforce administration and declarative customization skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into epics, features and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
