Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms and/or business process platforms.
• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager preferred.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Provide day-to-day administration of Salesforce environments and related integrations.
