Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to drive Salesforce-based process improvements and program execution across business units. The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.

You will own the Salesforce backlog, define the product vision, and coordinate with IT, Salesforce developers, architects and leadership to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Requires 5-7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• Product Owner certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Administration and automation is beneficial.
• Experience supporting platform integrations and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and communicate vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos and reviews with stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT, release validation and post-deployment support for large initiatives.
• Drive platform adoption and automation to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
