Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager of Salesforce to lead strategy, administration, and modernization of the Salesforce platform, delivering AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and integrated digital experiences to drive measurable business value.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, partner with executives across sales, account management, operations, and marketing, govern budgets, and chart a multi-year roadmap, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area, or equivalent
• 6 years of work experience with CRM applications, including at least 3 years of Salesforce
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or sponsorship

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a multi-year Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap
• Identify, prioritize, and implement Salesforce AI capabilities
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives and platform enhancements
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions and integrations
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization
• Oversee requirements gathering, design, testing, and maintenance
• Collaborate on architectural and integration solutions across Salesforce
• Manage the Salesforce budget and vendor relationships
• Provide executive-level updates on progress and risks
• Perform other duties as assigned
