Job summary

Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Salesforce to lead the CRM administration strategy and roadmap in a remote-capable role. You will align Salesforce initiatives with business priorities and drive value through automation and AI-enabled experiences.

You will supervise a high-performing team, partner with cross-functional leaders, and oversee governance, budget, and vendor relationships to maximize platform value and ensure scalable success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 6+ years of work experience with CRM applications, including 3+ years with Salesforce.
• 1 year of leadership/people management experience.
• U.S. work authorized without visa or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year Salesforce strategy and roadmap aligned with priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and implement Salesforce AI capabilities to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Lead complex Salesforce initiatives including configuration, pricing, quoting, and self-service capabilities.
• Oversee Salesforce ecosystem solutions (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, mobile apps, AI-powered self-service).
• Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce organization focused on value delivery and execution.
• Oversee requirements gathering, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce capabilities.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams to evaluate architecture and integration across Salesforce and related systems.
• Manage Salesforce budget, vendor relationships, and negotiations; assess build-vs-buy options.
