We seek a Salesforce Lead Engineer to architect the Engagement Layer, integrating Service Cloud, Agent force Voice, and Snowflake-backed release engineering for contact-center and loan-servicing workflows. You will lead design and delivery, mentor Salesforce engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IS or related field.
8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
Salesforce certifications: CTA/Architect/System Architect mandatory.
Hands-on with Service Cloud and Agent force (or similar AI-enabled service automation).
Experience integrating Salesforce with Snowflake via MuleSoft.
Public-sector Salesforce delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Architect Service Cloud and Agent force solutions for contact-center and loan-servicing workflows.
Own release engineering and environment management for the Salesforce engagement layer.
Direct and review the Salesforce Engineer's work ensuring alignment with Snowflake data foundations.
Support the Contact Center Intelligence use case: IVR and telephony data through Service Cloud and Snowflake/Tableau.
Participate in sprint planning and reviews, reporting progress to Engagement Lead and PM.
Assist with client interviews and technical discussions as needed.
