Job summary

Cloud Brite Systems India Private Limited in the United States is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to help configure and customize Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice to modernize client contact centers and loan-servicing workflows.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, with Service Cloud expertise and experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. Remote/hybrid work is supported with occasional in-person meetings for collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Experience with Service Cloud; Agentforce or AI-enabled service tooling a plus.
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Government contracting experience with a professional services/consulting organization a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice features per designs approved by the Salesforce Lead Engineer.
Build and unit-test Salesforce components supporting contact-center and loan-servicing use cases.
Support integration testing with MuleSoft flows connecting Salesforce to Snowflake and legacy systems.
Participate in two-week sprint ceremonies, including planning, review, and retrospective.
Document configuration and support user acceptance testing sessions with client stakeholders.
Assist with release deployment and post-release support under the Lead Engineer's release management process.
