Job summary

Brite Systems is seeking a Salesforce Lead Engineer to design and implement the engagement layer, including Service Cloud, Agentforce Voice, and Snowflake integration. You will guide release engineering and ensure governance across data platforms while collaborating with client teams.

The role requires 8+ years of Salesforce experience and advanced certifications. Remote/hybrid work is available with occasional in-person meetings, supporting diverse public and private sector projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect required.
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Agentforce (or comparable AI-enabled service automation).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external data platforms such as Snowflake via MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Architect Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice for client's contact-center and loan-servicing workflows.
• Own release engineering and environment management for the Salesforce engagement layer.
• Direct and review the work of the Salesforce Engineer, ensuring designs align with the governed Snowflake data foundation.
• Support the Contact Center Intelligence use case: IVR and telephony data flowing through Service Cloud and Agentforce into Snowflake and Tableau.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews, reporting progress on deliverables to the Engagement Lead and PM.
• Be available to support client interviews and technical discussions as needed.
