Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Experience with Service Cloud; Agentforce or AI-enabled service tooling is a plus.
- Prior experience delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice features per designs approved by the Salesforce Lead Engineer.
- Build and unit-test Salesforce components supporting contact-center and loan-servicing use cases.
- Support integration testing with MuleSoft flows connecting Salesforce to Snowflake and legacy systems.
- Participate in two-week sprint ceremonies, including planning, review, and retrospective.
- Document configuration and support user acceptance testing sessions with client stakeholders.
- Assist with release deployment and post-release support under the Lead Engineer's release management process.
