Job summary

Brite Systems is seeking a Salesforce Lead Engineer (Certified Architect) to design and govern the engagement layer across Salesforce, Snowflake, and data services. This role focuses on building mission-critical capabilities like Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice within a governance framework and data foundation.

The Lead Engineer will drive release engineering, mentor engineers, and participate in sprint planning while coordinating with the Engagement Lead and PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect credential required.

Responsibilities

• Architect Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice solutions for client contact-center and loan-servicing workflows.
• Own release engineering and environment management for the Salesforce engagement layer.
• Direct and review the work of the Salesforce Engineer, ensuring designs align with the governed Snowflake data foundation.
• Support the Contact Center Intelligence use case: IVR and telephony data flowing through Service Cloud and Agentforce into Snowflake and Tableau.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews, reporting progress on deliverables.
