Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire, UK, is seeking a Remote Salesforce and GTM Systems Architect to join our team. You will own Salesforce day to day and guide its development as we grow, while aligning the GTM stack with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience, Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent, and deep expertise in Flow Builder, validation rules, and reports.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce admin experience with measurable impact.
• Expertise in Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes.
• Ability to align Salesforce and GTM stack with Sales, CS, Marketing, Data and Finance.

Responsabilités

• Own Salesforce day to day and lead its development as Pion grows.
• Design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions including flows, objects, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Configure Salesforce and the GTM stack to support Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data, and Finance workflows.
• Lead 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience with proven commercial impact.
