Job summary

Kingston Bagpuize, Oxfordshire, UK, is seeking a Remote Salesforce and GTM Systems Architect to join our team. You will own Salesforce day to day and guide its development as we grow, while aligning the GTM stack with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience, Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent, and deep expertise in Flow Builder, validation rules, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce day to day and lead how it develops as Pion grows, including configuration, custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
• Design, build and maintain Salesforce solutions, from complex flows and screen flows to custom objects, reports, dashboards, and third-party integrations, solving our most significant commercial problems.
• Configure and adapt Salesforce and our wider go-to-market stack to support how Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data, and Finance actually work.
• Lead four or more years of hands-on Salesforce admin experience with proven commercial impact, including Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent experience.
• Be an expert in Flow Builder, validation rules, approval processes, assignment rules, and be strong across custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns, and Cases.
• Ensure strong data discipline: import, export, de-duplication, governance framework, and reporting around pipeline, conversion, and forecasting.
• Prioritize impact over loud demands, work backward from business outcomes, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Data.
