Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a GTM-focused Salesforce Administrator to own day-to-day Salesforce configuration, reporting, and system health for the commercial organization. You will operate in a federated admin model, partnering with the Revenue Operations team and reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations.

The role requires strong Salesforce configuration expertise, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work within SLA-driven processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce ADM 201 certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining Flows, validation rules, formula fields, and reports/dashboards.
• Experience with HubSpot-Salesforce integration and lead lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve GTM Admin tickets within defined SLA.
• Configure fields, picklists, layouts, and lists on GTM objects.
• Build, maintain, and optimize GTM reports and dashboards.
• Manage HubSpot–Salesforce integration and lead lifecycle mappings.
• Document changes and ensure data quality across GTM data.
• Collaborate with BizOps and GTM stakeholders on deployments.
