Job summary

Brite Systems Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to build and configure Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice capabilities, under the guidance of the Salesforce Lead Engineer. You will support modernization of client contact-center and loan-servicing workflows.

Responsibilities include configuring features, developing Salesforce components, and ensuring quality through unit testing and UAT with stakeholders. Remote/hybrid work options are available, with occasional in-person meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
Experience with Service Cloud; Agentforce or AI-enabled service tooling experience a plus.
Prior experience delivering in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Government contracting experience with a professional services/consulting organization a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice features per designs approved by the Salesforce Lead Engineer.
Build and unit-test Salesforce components supporting contact-center and loan-servicing use cases.
Support integration testing with MuleSoft flows connecting Salesforce to Snowflake and legacy systems.
Participate in two-week sprint ceremonies, including planning, review, and retrospective.
Document configuration and support user acceptance testing sessions with client stakeholders.
Assist with release deployment and post-release support under the Lead Engineer's release management process.
