Job summary

Gravity Infosolutions, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Lead Engineer (Certified Architect) to drive architecture across Service Cloud and Agentforce, enabling scalable contact-center and loan-servicing workflows.

You will own release engineering, environment management, and mentor engineers while aligning designs with the Snowflake data foundation and integration via MuleSoft.

This role offers mostly remote work with occasional in-person meetings across the United States, with DC/MD/VA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Salesforce certification: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or hands-on with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, or similar AI-enabled service automation platforms.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Snowflake, preferably via MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Architect Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice solutions for contact-center and loan-servicing workflows.
• Own release engineering and environment management for the Salesforce Engagement Layer.
• Lead and review Salesforce Engineers to ensure designs align with the governed Snowflake data foundation.
• Support Contact Center Intelligence use cases, including IVR and telephony data through Service Cloud, Agentforce, Snowflake, and Tableau.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions, and report progress to Engagement Lead and Project Manager.
• Provide support for technical interviews and client-facing discussions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Architect Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce Voice solutions supporting contact-center and loan-servicing workflows.
• Own release engineering and environment management for the Salesforce Engagement Layer.
• Lead and review the work of Salesforce Engineers, ensuring technical designs align with the governed Snowflake data foundation.
• Support Contact Center Intelligence use cases, including IVR and telephony data flowing through Service Cloud and Agentforce into Snowflake and Tableau.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and technical discussions, including reporting progress on assigned deliverables to the Engagement Lead and Project Manager.
• Provide support for technical interviews and client-facing discussions as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Required Salesforce certification:
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, or comparable AI-enabled service automation platforms.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external data platforms such as Snowflake, preferably using MuleSoft.
• Federal or public-sector Salesforce delivery experience is preferred.
