Hello Jo is seeking a highly organized coordinator with Salesforce expertise to manage sales administration, coordinate logistics and lead a small team. You will work with our sales team, winery clients, distributors and logistics providers to keep operations accurate, efficient and responsive.

In this role you will maintain Salesforce records, generate reports and dashboards, supervise remote assistants, coordinate orders and shipments, and help optimise processes across our wine business.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Salesforce experience with data management and reporting.
• Experience supervising virtual assistants or remote teams.
• Background in sales operations, logistics, or order administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and solid spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines with oversight.

Aufgaben

• Be the Salesforce go-to person, maintain records, and improve workflows.
• Lead a team, assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and review work quality.
• Maintain stock on hand and provide monthly updates to clients and sales.
• Coordinate orders, freight bookings, dispatch paperwork, and tracking.
• Follow up delays, communicate disruptions, and manage returns and redispatch.
• Coordinate wine show and media submissions, deadlines, and results.
• Update product data and stock availability across online stores.
• Maintain trackers and audit procedures; identify efficiency improvements.
