World Courier is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations in a remote environment. You will coordinate activities, manage requests, and help maintain customer account health while working with sales, operations, and customers.

The role requires experience in sales operations, strong Salesforce skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to analyze data, communicate clearly, and lead calls as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales operations or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience supporting onboarding, audits, reporting, and account maintenance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales support activities for assigned accounts.
• Manage work from a shared inbox and Salesforce queue.
• Support onboarding, audits, reporting requests, and account administration.
• Analyze reports to identify discrepancies and root causes; route actions.
• Collaborate with sales, shared services, operations, IT, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Monitor customer account health and program performance.
• Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and lead calls as needed.
