SaltClick, a Salesforce-focused consultancy, is seeking a fully remote Project Coordinator to support our engagements. You will coordinate client and project requests, and create and maintain Jira tickets, Confluence docs, project records, schedules, and action items.

You will track assignments, deadlines, dependencies, and blockers while partnering with Project Managers and Delivery teams to keep work organized and moving forward. Strong organization and proactive communication are essential.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate incoming client and project requests from intake through assignment, ensuring requirements and next steps are clearly documented.
• Create and maintain Jira tickets, Confluence documentation, project records, schedules, and action items.
• Coordinate work across project teams and shared resources, tracking assignments, deadlines, dependencies, and blockers.
• Support client and internal communication through meeting coordination, status updates, documentation, and follow-up.
• Monitor project progress, hours, scope, risks, and outstanding decisions, escalating concerns to the appropriate project leader.
• Partner with Project Managers and Delivery teams to keep work organized, prioritized, and moving forward.
