Cencora is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations, coordinate onboarding, audits, and reporting, and maintain healthy customer accounts. This remote role partners with sales, shared services, and customers to resolve issues and improve processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce, Excel, and analytical skills, plus excellent communication and organization to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in sales operations or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reviewing and analyzing reports.
• Smartsheet knowledge is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including customer calls.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting onboarding, audits, reporting, and account maintenance.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of GPOs and health licensing is preferred.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare/logistics in regulated environments is helpful.

• Coordinate day-to-day sales support activities for accounts and programs.
• Manage shared inbox and Salesforce queue for requests.
• Support onboarding, audits, reporting, and account administration.
• Analyze reports to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, IT, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.
• Monitor account health and program performance to guide sales actions.
• Prepare process documentation and support materials for consistency.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and lead customer calls when needed.
• Assist with training and knowledge transfer for internal users.
• Suggest scalable improvements to processes.
