National Strategies Public Relations (NSPR) is seeking a remote, part-time Fractional Salesforce & Sales Operations Coordinator to manage daily Salesforce activity and support outreach efforts. The role involves keeping the pipeline current, following up with prospects, and ensuring timely progress.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Salesforce experience, strong writing, and excellent organizational skills. A trial period of 30 days with potential for ongoing partnership is offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Salesforce for daily sales operations and prospecting.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to personalize outreach.
• Excellent organization and consistent follow-through.
• Owns daily workflow and suggests improvements.
• Experience supporting a PR agency, nonprofit, or similar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospects that fit our agency.
• Coordinate personalized outreach to ~25 prospects/day.
• Add and update leads, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Track responses and move prospects through pipeline stages.
• Create and manage follow-up tasks, reminders and next steps.
• Flag opportunities needing owner attention.
• Provide a brief weekly report on outreach, responses, meetings, and pipeline progress.
