Job summary

Alliance Health seeks a CRM Solution Architect to design and govern enterprise CRM solutions, especially Salesforce, ensuring data models, integrations, and security meet enterprise standards.

The role is remote with NC residency required; travel to Home Office may be needed. You will partner with IT, operations, and vendors to deliver scalable CRM capabilities and align technology with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field and five years of CRM design/configuration/implementation experience.
• Experience designing data models, integrations, and automation within CRM platforms.
• Experience with Agile and SDLC processes and architectural guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design Salesforce solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, automation, and security.
• Govern solution designs to align with enterprise architecture, compliance, and performance.
• Support the Salesforce CoE with governance, documentation, release processes, and backlogs.
