Job summary

Sunrun, based in Lehi, UT, is seeking a Software Developer with strong Salesforce/CRM experience to design and enhance Salesforce Field Service. You will gather requirements, align with business processes, and drive timely delivery of CRM projects.

Responsibilities include acting as solution architect, guiding implementation, and collaborating with the CRM Engineering and Sales teams. The role is primarily remote with occasional on-site visits to our Lehi office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/SE/Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Software Developer using HTML5, XML, Web Services, RESTful services, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON.
• Experience with Salesforce Field Service, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and propose improvements.
• Conduct requirements gathering sessions and define scope.
• Educate stakeholders on functionality relevance and business impact.
• Ensure timely delivery of business requirements and manage resources for CRM Engineering.
• Act as solution architect, plan BE and post-implementation support for stability.
• Review code and suggest best practices and new design patterns.
• Coordinate with Salesforce Product team for bugs and new features.
• Track performance metrics and align Salesforce/AI initiatives with business goals.
