Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Manager, Salesforce CRM to lead the Salesforce environment supporting the 988 Lifeline and other programs. This remote role reports to the Director, CRM and requires strong administration, security, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will guide a team of CRM admins, design workflows with business partners, and ensure reliable, scalable CRM operations while aligning with release and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years Salesforce administration/CRM ops experience.
• 2+ years of formal people-management or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Hands‑on Salesforce administration including security, config, reporting, data mgmt, testing, production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM administration and support, including intake, triage, assignment, escalation, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage and develop CRM administrators with goals, workload planning, coaching, performance feedback, and cross-training.
• Maintain operating procedures for access, tickets, incidents, data changes, maintenance, docs, and vendor handoffs.
• Oversee users, roles, permissions, licenses, access reviews, and audit evidence with IAM and Security.
• Ensure changes are documented, tested, approved, traceable, and released per change practices.
• Monitor service demand, ticket trends, org health, and risks; use findings to improve reliability.
