Job summary

Quilt Software is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the revenue engine across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This mid-level delivery role focuses on sprint work, platform health, and user enablement, reporting to the Salesforce Team Lead and partnering with Business Analyst, Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Support.

You will own configuration, data quality, integrations, and documentation, with responsibility for the full change cycle and clear communication of timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration in a single org with meaningful complexity.
• Strong across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; depth in one and working knowledge of the other.
• Automation judgment with ability to design, build, and troubleshoot complex flows across multiple objects.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to communicate across teams and manage workload.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; Trailhead/Trailblazer profile URL recommended for verification.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure within sprint cycles: flows, validation rules, layouts, permission sets, reports, dashboards, data loads.
• Manage leads, opportunities, cases, and related objects across Sales and Service Clouds; ensure smooth rollout of changes.
• Own end-to-end change cycle: sandbox config, testing, production verification, rollback planning.
