Job summary

Quilt Software is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join the GTM Systems team and support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud across multiple business units. This mid-level role focuses on delivering sprint work while maintaining platform health and user support.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Support stakeholders. Expect growth into more complex solution design as you contribute across the platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration in a complex org.
• Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Ability to design, build, and troubleshoot complex, interdependent Flows.
• Strong documentation skills including technical design and SOPs.
• Trailhead/Trailblazer Profile URL in application.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Salesforce components from business requirements within sprints.
• Manage Leads, Opportunities, Cases, and related data across Sales and Service Clouds.
• Own change cycles: sandbox config, testing, production verification, rollback plan.
• Provide day-to-day admin: user management, profiles, permissions, page layouts, record types.
• Write design docs and release notes and keep teams updated.
