Job summary

Jump App is seeking a skilled Contract Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing management, optimization, and evolution of our Salesforce environment. This role is critical as we scale GTM and RevOps and requires someone who can operate independently, move quickly, and translate business needs into reliable Salesforce solutions.

You will work closely with GTM, RevOps, and leadership to configure Salesforce, build automations, maintain reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Service Cloud is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting.
• Experience supporting GTM or RevOps teams.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and deliver in a contract environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings
• Configure and customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and reports
• Build and maintain automations and data flows that support GTM and operational workflows
• Troubleshoot issues, manage data integrity, and perform regular system audits
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, operations, and leadership
• Manage data imports, exports, and cleanup using tools like Data Loader
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Provide user support, documentation, and light training as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on Salesforce-related initiatives
• Ensure best practices around performance, security, and compliance
