Job summary

Veta Virtual is seeking a Salesforce Administrator & CX Systems Specialist to own Salesforce Service Cloud configurations, CTI integrations, and contact center roadmaps for a fintech and cryptocurrency platform. This role combines hands-on admin work with system ownership across a global client base.

Work is 100% remote, with LATAM or Europe bases supported; competitive USD salary, performance incentives, and vacation.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Service Cloud preferred).
Experience with contact center or telephony platforms and roadmap ownership is a plus.
Ability to build reports and dashboards in Salesforce or BI tools.
Strong cross-functional communication with teams and leadership.
Detail-oriented with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Configure Salesforce Service Cloud objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, and permissions.
Troubleshoot user issues and maintain data hygiene to keep CRM reliable.
Support integrations between Salesforce and support tools; assess new features.
Own the telephony and contact center roadmap; manage CTI, routing, IVR.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate telephony rollouts with minimal disruption.
Build and maintain dashboards on support performance; report to leadership.
Identify trends and flag operational issues from data.
