Job summary

Soracom is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to lead our global Salesforce platform across Americas, Europe, and Japan. You will work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to optimize workflows, maintain data integrity, and support go-to-market operations at scale.

This high-impact, remote role offers exposure to CPQ, Experience Cloud, and integrations with Slack, HubSpot, Marketo, and more, plus opportunities to shape our CRM roadmap and mentor the Sales team.

Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with multi-region experience.
• Experience supporting global deployments with complex data models.
• Proficient with Salesforce automation tools and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud).
• Design, build, and maintain workflows, validation rules, objects, and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to gather requirements for scalable solutions.
• Maintain data quality and manage data governance practices.
• Lead UAT, track defects, and coordinate stakeholder sign-off.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools and ongoing releases.
