Job summary

Truelogic seeks a hands-on Salesforce Developer/Administrator to support a fintech client with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will work with a small team to maintain day-to-day operations, while delivering major platform migrations and integrations.

You will evaluate requirements, build declarative solutions, and contribute to telephony integration projects, all while collaborating with U.S. clients from a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on Salesforce development and administration.
• Coding proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) knowledge.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and APIs.
• Ability to decide when to use standard configuration vs. custom development.
• Self-directed, able to work independently in a distributed team.
• Ability to document solutions and manage technical workflows in Jira.
• Nice-to-have: CTI/telephony experience and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Partner with engineering leadership to translate requirements into solutions using declarative tools versus code.
• Design, build, and support Apex code, LWC, workflows, and automations.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce integrations with external platforms and APIs.
• Lead telephony migration efforts from Talkdesk to Genesys and validate integrations.
• Support Experience Cloud portal initiatives and UX enhancements over 3-4 months.
• Translate complex requirements into tasks and manage tickets and Jira docs.
