Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join the IT team in a remote capacity, reporting to the Manager of CRM Systems. You will maintain the Salesforce platform, build reports and dashboards, and ensure security across users and data.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience, familiarity with Service Cloud, and strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; at least 5 years of experience as an advanced Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals and Salesforce features (Service Cloud, Admin II).
• Experience with contact center CRM integrations and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and provide implementation recommendations based on business requirements.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training for Advancement users on system configuration and enhancements.
• Design, build, test, maintain, and support Salesforce integrations and dashboards.
