Job summary

The Jackson Laboratory is seeking a Sales Instructional Designer to design, deliver, and continuously improve commercial training programs. You will facilitate onboarding, develop microlearning content, and create competency-based assessments to drive sales readiness and performance.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel (10%). Salary range is $69,711 – $101,081 based on related experience and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

• Translate complex scientific concepts into clear learning solutions.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with LMS; Brainshark or similar platforms preferred.
• Develop digital learning content including multimedia and interactive materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain sales training programs using evidence-based practices.
• Partner with sales leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs.
• Collaborate with internal resources to ensure accurate, scalable content.
• Administer the LMS and coordinate virtual, in-person, and self-paced learning.
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments and metrics.
• Manage multiple training projects with timely delivery and accessibility
• Stay current on instructional design best practices and emerging technologies.
