Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, with related experience considered.
• 3+ years in learning systems, enterprise learning operations, or related field; 5+ years preferred.
• Workday Learning experience preferred.
• Strong ability to organize and manage multiple programs, projects, and priorities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with data; translate findings into recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, consultative, and interpersonal communication; handle sensitive matters with judgment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional support for Workday Learning and related technologies; assist with workflows, campaigns, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage enterprise learning programs from initiation to closeout; establish plans and success measures.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and scale learning operations using automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities; develop dashboards and executive summaries.
• Build strong working relationships with leaders, HR partners, managers, vendors, and employees; provide responsive guidance.
• Administer compliance training and programs; maintain documentation and controls; drive improvements to reduce risk.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, invoices, POs, and program expenditures; support budgeting and resource use.
• Support session delivery and logistics; back-up facilitator as capability grows.
• Discretion with confidential information and adherence to enterprise practices.
