Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in learning systems or enterprise learning operations.
• Experience with learning management systems; Workday Learning preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary functional support for Workday Learning and related technologies.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage enterprise learning programs from initiation to closeout.
• Identify process improvements using automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Analyze learning data to identify trends and create dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with HR, learning leaders, managers, vendors, and employees.
