Job summary

JAX is seeking an experienced Sales Instructional Designer to develop onboarding and microlearning, translate complex scientific concepts into practical training, and collaborate with sales leaders and SMEs to drive readiness and performance.

You will manage LMS administration, coordinate virtual and in-person programs, and measure impact with assessments and metrics while staying current with evolving learning technologies. This fully remote role includes travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

Experience translating complex scientific concepts into accessible learning solutions.
Solid knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning content development.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain sales training programs including onboarding and microlearning.
Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to identify learning needs and translate concepts.
Coordinate delivery of virtual, in-person, and self-paced programs.
Measure training effectiveness using assessments and performance metrics.
Manage multiple projects with timely delivery and accessibility compliance.
Stay current with instructional design best practices and new learning technologies.
