Qualifications

• Educational background BA/BS required; MA/MS preferred.
• 5+ years of Sales Training, onboarding, learning and development, or commercial training experience required.
• Vision Care sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, evolution and execution of the new sales representative onboarding process.
• Translate field, business, and performance needs into practical learning solutions.
• Design blended learning journeys with formal learning, field application, coaching and assessment.
• Partner with sales leaders to define readiness expectations and development priorities.
• Ensure onboarding reflects customer interactions, selling expectations, territory management and product knowledge.
• Build manager engagement into onboarding through touchpoints and resources.
• Apply adult-learning principles to improve engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance to field trainers and external partners for consistent delivery.
• Use feedback and metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage timelines and stakeholders.
