TENEX.AI is hiring a Sales Trainer to design and deliver onboarding for SDRs, AEs, and sales engineers, helping reps become productive faster. You’ll run live and virtual sessions, coach on discovery and demos, and partner with product marketing to keep messaging sharp.

This remote US role emphasizes measurable ramp time and impact on pipeline. You will own playbooks, certifications, and just-in-time resources, embed MEDDICC and the Command of the Message, and continuously refine programs as

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement or quota-carrying B2B sales.
• Experience enabling technical products, preferably cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of building training programs that shortened ramp or improved rep performance.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills with virtual or in-person audiences.
• Fluent in modern sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding curricula for SDRs, AEs, and SEs.
• Lead live and virtual training on sales methodology, discovery, and demos.
• Coach reps through call reviews and role-plays to close gaps.
• Translate technical products into customer-friendly value messages.
• Own playbooks, certifications, and just-in-time enablement resources.
• Measure ramp time, certifications, and pipeline impact.
• Iterate programs based on feedback and product updates.
