Job summary

TENEX.AI is seeking a Customer Engineer to bridge pre-sales, customer success and security operations. You will demonstrate AI-driven security solutions, assess client needs, and ensure smooth handover to onboarding.

Travel up to 50% with remote work flexibility; translate complex cybersecurity concepts into business value while supporting rapid security deployments and incident response readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong cybersecurity fundamentals and operating in security environments.
• Experience communicating complex security topics to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Familiarity with cloud security concepts across Google Cloud, AWS, Azure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to provide technical expertise during pre‑sales.
• Conduct product demos, POCs, and security assessments tailored to client needs.
• Address security concerns, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2), and risk mitigation.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to streamline onboarding.
• Review client security architectures and recommend best practices.
