Euclid Chemical, a RPM International subsidiary, seeks a Sales & Technical Specialist to promote concrete block admixtures in the construction sector. This remote-friendly role blends technical knowledge with proactive sales, serving clients with tailored solutions.

The position requires a Civil Engineering or related degree and 3+ years in sales or technical support within construction materials, plus strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. Some travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3+ years in sales or technical support within construction materials, preferably concrete admixtures.
• Strong understanding of concrete manufacturing processes and admixtures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of construction codes/regulations and industry trends is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the concrete block industry.
• Manage key customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical advice, and training to clients on admixtures.
• Prepare and present product proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
• Offer technical assistance and troubleshoot issues with admixtures.
