Job summary

Euclid Chemical, a subsidiary of RPM International, is seeking a Cement Additives Process Engineer for remote work. You will provide technical support to the cement additive sales team and customers, lead plant trials and mill audits, and collaborate on new product development. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Minimum 5–7 years in cement manufacturing process control or quality management. Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry; advanced cement knowledge and strong data analysis skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical) or chemistry.
• 5–7 years of experience in cement manufacturing process control or quality management.
• Advanced knowledge of cement manufacturing, chemistry, and mill circuit operation.
• Ability to interpret lab outputs (XRD, clinker microscopy, calorimetry, tests) for strategies.
• Proficiency with cement standards (ASTM, CSA, etc.).
• Leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical ambassador for the cement additive sales team.
• Provide feedback and troubleshooting information for customers.
• Act as a technical expert on cement manufacturing technologies and best practices.
• Deliver customer support through trials, audits, data analysis, and reporting.
• Compile and analyze trial data and prepare detailed reports with conclusions.
• Maintain records of activity with active and potential customers.
