Job summary

Euclid Chemical Company is seeking an experienced Admixture Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and commercialization of concrete chemical admixtures across plasticizers, air-entraining agents, water reducers, and related products for ready‑mix, precast, and infrastructure projects.

You will partner with R&D, technical service, sales, and marketing to deliver high‑value solutions, drive profitability, and stay ahead of evolving industry demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Civil Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of product management, technical sales, or application development in construction chemicals or admixtures.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology and admixture chemistry.
• Experience launching or managing industrial chemical products with revenue impact.
• Excellent pricing, value selling, and competitive positioning skills.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and communication abilities.
• willingness to travel ~15–30% to customer sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and support for Euclid Chemical admixture product lines.
• Coordinate testing and analysis with sales, customers, R&D, and operations.
• Develop next generation sales tools and product calculators.
• Lead new product development from concept to commercialization with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor product performance, profitability, and guide portfolio decisions.
• Track regulatory changes and ensure compliance; support certifications.
• Plan product training and demonstrations for organization and customers.
