Job summary

Summit Growth Group is seeking a System Administrator for Sales Technology & Integrations. This remote role supports telephony platforms like Five9, CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho), and data workflows across telephony, CRM, reporting, and workforce management systems.

You will manage user access, security, VPNs, and remote-work tech while collaborating with clients to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• Experience administering telephony platforms (Five9, NICE, Genesys) or similar.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho).
• Strong API, data integration, and cloud-app knowledge.
• Experience managing user access, security, and remote-work technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Five9 and other telephony platforms.
• Design, implement, and maintain data flows between telephony, CRM, and WFM systems.
• Lead integrations between Summit systems and client CRMs.
• Develop dashboards and operational reporting tools.
• Document configurations and system workflows.
