Job summary

The position requires a 40-hour week with varying shifts. Prior CRM experience (Zoho CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud) and familiarity with Five9/Olark are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming questions via calls, emails, chats, and tickets.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate product or service information.
• Access customer history in Zoho CRM and update notes in Salesforce Service Cloud.
