Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to build and nurture relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users and utilities. You will handle inquiries from outside sales or customers by phone and email, prepare quotes, enter orders, and track progress with a sense of urgency to improve order profitability.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or equivalent with at least five years in electrical industry sales support, strong written and verbal communication,

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; at least 5 years in related roles.
• Experience in electrical industry and B2B sales support preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong data entry and computer skills; capable of handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users and utilities.
• Prepare quotes and send via email or approved methods.
• Enter orders accurately into the database and process them promptly.
• Follow up quotes, projects and orders daily/weekly; track customer follow up.
• Communicate with customers and operations to resolve requests quickly.
• Create reports as assigned; support customer events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate transactions.
• Provide high level customer service and identify upsell opportunities.
