Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to nurture customer relationships in the electrical distribution space. Based near North Canton, OH or remote, you will handle inquiries from Outside Sales or customers by phone and email, and you will aim to boost order profitability through upselling and cross-selling.

You will collaborate with internal teams to process quotes, enter orders, and follow up on requests, while maintaining high service standards and accurate reporting for

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or experience equivalency and a minimum of 5 years related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to communicate with a variety of individuals
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Able to handle multiple projects, able to problem solve
• Able to follow through on projects, assignments with minimal supervisor

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, end users and utilities.
• Create and maintain positive relations with vendors and internal leaders to ensure customers get best value and support.
• Work with internal departments to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotes as presented by local management and sales; send out quotes via email or other approved method.
• Enter orders into database accurately and timely.
• Follow up quotes/projects/orders daily and track customer follow up.
• Respond to customer requests and direct them to best source for resolution.
• Communicate with customer and operations team regarding quotes, orders, and work in process.
• Expand project scope and negotiate extra charges as appropriate.
• Create reports as assigned.
• Attend/support customer events and trade shows.
• Other duties as assigned.
