Job summary

RESA Power is seeking a Project Manager to support Electrical Testing and Field Services customers. You will work with sales, engineering, and operations to qualify leads, estimate jobs, prepare proposals, and provide post-order sales support.

You will review technical content, read electrical drawings, and develop accurate costings. The role requires coordinating with production and maintaining client communications to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in related field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, parts lists, and electrical materials.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to multi-task and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inside and outside sales, engineering, and operations.
• Perform occasional job walks at customer sites.
• Review RFPs, drawings, and technical content to prepare proposals.
• Estimate hours, materials, travel, and other project needs.
• Develop costing spreadsheets and detailed project quotations.
• Maintain knowledge base for proposals and technical collateral.
• Communicate project status and changes to stakeholders; manage client expectations.
• Coordinate with production to meet delivery commitments.
